Returns and Exchanges
To guarantee our little customers' satisfaction, we offer exchange or reimbursement for the returned products that for any reason did not meet our customers' expectations.
You can easily create a return request right from your customer account, within 15 calendar days from the date you received the order.
Returned products must be received by us in the same condition they have been received by you: unworn, with all labels/tags attached on, gift wrap and of course in a clean condition, so they can be reintroduced in the inventory.
As part of our permanent Quality Control Procedures we always take very good care how we pack and deliver all our products, no matter how small. Therefore, products which are received back in a non-selling condition (stained, wet, torn, without the original labels attached on etc.) will not be exchanged nor reimbursed.
